Anti Anxiety Medication and School
My doctor told me that it wouldn't be a good idea for me to begin anti anxiety medications while I was still in College because it can mess with me more than help.
I don't agree with your doctor.
I would recommend starting them between semesters, though, because they affect everyone differently, and some of them can be not so great.

Have you used Sinequan for anxiety disorder?
I wouldn't disagree with her prognosis because I have a bad family situation right now that is keeping me stressed, but I don't want to start taking something that will cause me to have worse insomnia.

Symptoms of Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD)
Has anyone had burning chest pain, aching pain, teeth pain, chin pain, jaw falling asleep, sharp arm pains off and on, a lot of gas moving in chest, burning stomach in association with anxiety or is it heart related? Also some pains in leg, back of head and dizziness and headaches? And comes and goes worse during anxiety. It usually starts about a week before a weird sensation in my throat.
Sounds like you have GAD (Generalized Anxiety Disorder).
The teeth and jaw pain is probably caused by you grinding your teeth while you sleep.

The "official" side effects of Cymbalta are nausea, constipation, decreased appetite, dizziness, dry mouth, fatigue, increased sweating, loss of strength or energy, and sleepiness.
My guess is that the anxiety attacks are part of the condition, rather than the result of the using Cymbalta.

Find a good serotonin supplement to treat the generalized anxiety disorder, and get yourself out in the sunlight as often as possible.

General Anxiety Disorder - Is it Normal to Fear?
I was diagnosed with General Anxiety Disorder last year; it was really bad, I was worrying about everything and afraid of everything.
Now we are in the middle of trying to sell our house, adopting a new baby (first time parents and we get the baby in two weeks), and buying a new house. I can feel the anxiety coming on and I get scared because I really don't want to feel the way I did before.
Is this normal to be afraid of feeling that way again?

No negative tactic should be employed because the individual must choose to participate at her own pace. If she wants to sit there in group and not say a word, that�s O.K. No one should be made to do anything.
