I have a big anxiety disorder problem and I took Xanax once just to see and it REALLY helped. How would I tell my doctor that I needed xanax for my anxiety without making it seem like I was crazy?

Anxiety is normal in the stressful world we all live in. Some individuals just get more anxious than others. This does not make a person crazy. I have only had four anxiety attacks in my entire life but they are horrible. My body goes into shock and I usually throw up. I can't walk or stand and I�m dizzy. After I throw up I am okay again. Usually there is 3-5 minutes from �point of impact� to effects.

I tried to sit still, go outside, think of pleasing things; nothing works. I am thoroughly convinced it's entirely mental because three out of four of my attacks are dental related. I'm not interested in any pills.
