My body goes into shock and I usually throw up. I can't walk or stand and Im dizzy. After I throw up I am okay again. Usually there is 3-5 minutes from point of impact to effects.

I tried to sit still, go outside, think of pleasing things; nothing works. I am thoroughly convinced it's entirely mental because three out of four of my attacks are dental related. I'm not interested in any pills.

What can I do to alleviate this before it's critical?
